Environment Canada has announced a heat warning for most of Canada, with temperatures reaching as hot as 30 Celsius in most provinces. Canada’s First Spark by Hilton
Hilton is “sparking” some new changes with the help of Genuine Comfort. The Comfort Inn Northeast in Markham, Ontario is converting into Canada’s first Spark by Hilton. The 70-room hotel is under renovation and will open its doors this summer.
Genuine Comfort is proud to partner with JM Hospitality, owner of several Hilton branded properties, to supply the renovation project with quality PTAC units. The rooms will be fitted with our exclusive 32” packaged terminal air conditioners which feature an innovative cross-flow fan design. This design significantly reduces noise and sets the gold standard for guest comfort.
Our team also supported JM Hospitality by helping them save 50% on each unit, drastically reducing renovation costs. We’re proud to support this project and we’re excited to see it come to completion.
