Meet The Team

Jordan

Founder

Jordan brings 15 years of sales and entrepreneurial experience as Genuine Comfort’s founder and CEO.

His past business failures taught him many lessons which eventually led to the founding and immediate success of Genuine Comfort (originally H&C Air Conditioning). He continues to elevate the business by focusing on the team and leading with exemplary stewardship by embodying the company’s core values.

Dean

Chief Operating Officer

Dean has joined our team in May of 2024 and brings with him over 20 years of executive leadership experience

driving significant growth and capability improvement to the organizations he has led. His experience spans numerous industries, companies, functions and international markets, and includes a strong focus on strategic planning, operational excellence and execution as well as exceptional customer experience. In his recent career, Dean has led two organizations to successful sales of the business, delivered two effective performance turn arounds, and significantly helped an organization grow from $10M to $80M in three years. His mandate and dedication at Genuine Comfort will focus on capability improvement, leadership and team development, operational excellence, customer delight, and ultimately the successful attainment of the company’s vision and goals.

Merouane

Director of Sales & Marketing

Merouane joined the company in September 2023 and adds a wealth of experience to the revenue team.

His previous key roles as a Business Development and Sales Manager at British American Tobacco saw him generate 50% growth year over year. At Pollard Banknote, Merouane managed a hefty portfolio of international clients where he further expanded the tools in his strategic and leadership tool kit.

Allan

Director of Supply Chain

Allan joined the company in October 2022 and brings over 15 years of management experience.

He has a passion for developing high-performing teams and fostering an environment of excellence. Allan brings experience in supporting fast-paced company growth by utilizing project management principles while building strong relationships with cross-functioning teams and customers.

Adnane

Tyson

After earning his Bachelor of Commerce Honors degree from the University of Manitoba, Tyson assumed the role as CFO

for a Winnipeg based manufacturer and retailer of all-natural bath, body, and home products. Tyson was the primary catalyst for generating multimillion-dollar revenue growth, breakthrough market expansion, and extremely high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, he led key initiatives that included the transition to a facility 5x the size of the original and the career development of team members who became top-ranked contributors.

In 2019, Tyson joined Genuine Comfort, once again assuming the role as CFO. Applying his learnings from his prior experience, he contributed to transforming the company to be the industry leader in Canada by successfully aligning and building the organization while tucking in two acquisitions. As of 2024, he has transitioned to being a part of the Board of Advisors for the Company as he pursues other business ventures including, Explore Outdoor Media Inc., a company focused on inspiring and enabling people to explore the great Canadian outdoors.

In addition, Tyson has served as an Advisory Board Member for companies from multiple industries where his strategic recommendations led to quantifiable results that included significant revenue, profitability, and pipeline growth among other outcomes

Seth

Seth is a board-level strategist and active investor in the wireless and broadband sectors.

Drawing from his experience building and selling multiple companies, he serves as the Chairman of Cathedral, providing advice, capital, and M&A support to growth-oriented leaders. Seth’s roles in the wireless communication industry span 30 years as a tower climber, spectrum owner, DAS system integrator, DAS OEM, and industry thought leader. As President of SOLiD USA, he helped bring cellular and public safety radio coverage to some of the most recognized venues in America including the Empire State Building, the NY Subway, Moscone Center, and Daytona International Speedway.

Abhi

Abhi founded LMS Strategies after long years of experience as a c-level executive, entrepreneur,

and private equity operating executive. He has broad operating experience ranging from his leadership of a $300 million specialty construction supply business (A.H Harris & Sons), a $300 million two-step distributor (Mid-Am Building Supply) to his successful role as COO of a $100 million private regional distributor of specialty concrete accessories (New South Construction Supply). As a private equity investor, Abhi has investments on several companies including an IT services business, commercial real estate, and high-end residential real estate.
